When one lost Japanese nationality or one’s been born in Japan during the stay and they want to stay
more than 60days they should apply this application.
You should apply this application within 30days when the reason occured.
You are wanted to stay in Japan.
Free of fee for the immigration office.

2 (baby)paper that certify the birth.
3 Paper that certify the expatriation.
4 Data that certify why you happened to obtain the status of residence etc. There are more.
1 日本で出生した人 ２ 日本国籍を離脱した人はともに「上陸手続き」を経ていないので「在留資格」がありません。 ３その他の事由で「在留資格」がないために新たに取得を希望する人もいてこの３つの場合はいずれも「在留資格取得」という法的手続きが必要とされることになります。
父母がともに外国人の場合出生した子は外国人になります。父母の片方が日本人の場合、その子は日本国籍を取得できます。父が韓国人母が日本人の場合は二重国籍者となりますが日本国籍を有しているので外国人とはなりません。
上陸手続きを経ることなく日本在留を希望する外国人として「日米地位協定」に基づいて日本に駐留している在日米軍の軍人、軍属及びそれらの家族が同協定に定められた地位あるいは身分を失った後も日本在留を希望する場合にも「在留資格の取得」が必要です。
